artPLAY magazine
artPLAY is an art and fashion print publication founded by Katja Kat in Paris in 2018. It is the first magazine to merge fashion, genderfluid art, and Shibari in a contemporary, creative way
Katja Kat is the founder and editor in chief of artPLAY magazine, she was behind the whole idea of artPLAY project as well as the implementation of that idea into what now became a successful publication and an online resource. It took her over a year to put together ISSUE I artbook in print, which was sold in specialised artbook stores in Paris, London and other cities around the world, such as Palais de Tokyo modern art museum in Paris, Artcurial auction house Champs Elysees Paris, Selfridges Oxford street in London and others.
After creation, production and print of the Issue I, Katja is now developing the project further as well as the next print issues, she and her team run the website and the social medias for artPLAY. She monitors all the new material and graphic design for the website and she is involved in creative direction of photoshoots for the magazine. Katja conducts most interviews with artists and also is occasionally herself the photographer for artPLAY editorials. She manages a team of young and creative individuals.

artPLAY is a publication for curious, sexpositive, gender-bending, age irrelevant individuals who are on journey of discovery. We subvert stereotypes by showcasing high-end editorials and innovative artwork from professional photographers and artists. artPLAY is an artistic expression of spiritual, kinky, genderfluid culture.
